According to CEO Omar Berrada is looking into the grave issue of frequent leaks from Old Trafford, making it clear that giving away sensitive club matters will be classified as "gross misconduct", which under employment laws can lead to instant termination. The top boss sent his message across in a fiery 580-word email earlier this week.

Berrada’s email, which was ironically leaked and obtained by outlined the club’s determination to prevent unauthorised leaks.
"Anyone disclosing information outside of the club is breaching their obligations of confidentiality, and we are very clear that this will be considered gross misconduct," read the email.
"To protect the club and its colleagues, additional measures are being put in place to prevent future breaches of confidentiality and also identify any persons responsible."

Berrada urged employees to remain cautious as journalists frequently use different methods, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media, to reach out to the insiders for exclusive scoops. They have been now told to report any external approaches seeking club-related details.
The club has been under financial strain, having recorded losses of over £300m in the last three years. In response, United are looking at multiple ways to cut expenses and increase revenue. To further address the situation, United have planned a staff meeting on Monday where additional details of cost-cutting strategies will be presented.
